Yes — withdrawn series, damaged banknotes and euro coins. Contact us in advance at +48 889 505 057 to confirm what you have.

Do I need an ID to exchange money?

For everyday amounts — no. Polish anti-money-laundering law requires identification only for transactions from the equivalent of 15,000 EUR.

Are you open on weekends?

Saturday 10:00–20:00. Sunday we are closed. Monday to Friday 09:00–20:00.
